Although Pike, 4065m, hill lies in the southern part from the Khumbu trekking area, one could have an excellent view of all mountains located in Khumbu. The treks begins at the lower elevation compare to Khumbu area and gradually goes up passing through rice field, rhododendron & pine tree forest with the many ethnic villages to Sherpa dominated solu area. Thuptenchhiling monastery and Junbesi Monastery certainly offers religious beauty of this area before reaching base camp of Numbur Himal and holy lake Dudh Kunda.
