Trekking Permit

New Trekking Permit Fee : Trekking permit is mandatory to visit restricted areas for the foreign nationals. The new trekking permit fee which is effective from 16th July 2008 for the following area are as motioned below. Whereas the trekking permit fee for other trekking areas are as described by the Government of Nepal.

Restricted areas, which have been opened for Group Trekking.
The following restricted areas are open only for group trekkers. The trekking permit will not be issued to individual trekkers. The duration and fee structure are as follows:
