Although Kathmandu valley is its fame for cultural attraction, the surrounding area of valley also offers excellent hiking trips. Hiking trip to Champadevi offers an excellent mountain view from the east, Mt. Everest to the west, Annapurna mountain ranges. The way between Nagarkot to Shivapuri passes through several villages, which reflects rural life of Nepal. Having mountain view of Langtang, the way finally enters in Shivapuri National Park to watch wildlife and birds before returning back to Kathmandu.
